Important information regarding international shipments:
When shipping through us, it is imperative that you provide all of the important documentation and relevant information needed to get your goods overseas. For example, when shipping to Europe, you will need to provide the full name of sender, full UK address, European senders full name, European full address, both identifications, proof of residency, national insurance number, international NIF number, a list of the items you are shipping, provide the value of each item and the exact reasons for shipping.

With the influx in international shipping and rules/regulations having changed since the UK left the EU, shipments can take longer than expected to arrive at the end destination, please be patient when sending parcels and shipments internationally.

Please note that It is the senders/customers responsibility to ensure that any/all items shipped internationally are compliant with the laws, rules and regulations stipulated within that country.
