  • HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
    It is very quick and simple to obtain a quote, all you need to do is contact us directly via phone, email or fill out one of our submissions forms and we will arrange a free pre-move survey or arrange a video call at a time convenient for you.
  • ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
    Yes we are fully insured, however you must provide a small level of protection around each item such as shrink wrap, bubble protection or cardboard to validate the insurance.
  • HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY REMOVAL SERVICE?
    We accept cash and bank transfer, we take payments on the morning of your move when the team arrive.
  • DO I NEED TO PLACE A DEPOSIT FOR MY REMOVAL SERVICE?
    Yes, all we require is a small deposit, this is dependant upon the actual full price of your move, this normally ranges between £20-£50.
  • HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE WHEN MAKING A BOOKING?
    We work on short term notice so you can let us know a day before, however we recommend you book with us as early as possible to secure your date.
  • DO YOU OFFER A PACKAGING SERVICE?
    Yes we do, please contact us directly to let us know what you need packing, so we can give you an adequate quote.
  • DO YOU OFFER STORAGE?
    Yes we have storage facilities in the East Midlands, ranging from small units to 20ft containers, prices range from £150-£220pm.
  • DO YOU DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE FURNITURE?
    Yes this is an additional service we can provide at both ends.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
    Yes you can cancel your move, however in order to obtain a refund on your deposit, you need to cancel at least 30 days prior to your move date.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY MOVING DATE?
    As we understand just how unpredictable the moving process can be wether it’s issues with solicitors or with your moving agent, we allow you to change your moving date as many times as needs be, free of charge, (this is subject to availability).
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE WAITING FOR KEYS?
    We are happy to wait, however there is a small charge of £20ph per workman.
  • CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON THE DATE OF MY MOVE?
    If on the day of your move you require additional services, such as scrapping of furniture/items or moving items to an additional address, the cost of this additional work will be priced up and added to your existing outstanding balance as long as you are happy to proceed.
