Payment Policy

Payments - We take payments in either Cash or Bank Transfer

Changing dates - As we know there are many issues that can arise with solicitors and agencies when moving house, we offer you unlimited dates to where you can change your moving date at no extra cost.

Refunds - Once a deposit has been made, we will offer you a refund if you cancel 48 days prior to your moving date, however if you cancel after this, we will not offer your a refund as we would have already prepped the van and assembled a team for your move.

Additional Services - If on the day of your move you require additional services, such as scrapping of furniture/items or moving items to an additional address, the cost of this additional work will be priced up and added to your existing outstanding balance as long as you are happy to proceed.
